The moment I arrived for my free consultation, everyone at the front desk, nurses, and doctor have been warm and friendly. This has been consistent each time I have went into the office, called, texted and emailed. I then met with Jenelle and then a week later at my Pre-Op appointment with Dr. Jacob. My experience started off by meeting with Jenelle. She was so patient with me. I wasn’t even exactly sure what I wanted. She answered every question had me look at things at every different angle and not once pressured me into signing. she was awesome! Jenelle is personable, friendly and genuine and Sono Bello is lucky to have her. On the day of my procedure, I was lucky enough to have Melissa as my nurse.
