I have not yet had.My surgery but everything is going well.The doctor was very informative and I can't wait to have my procedure done next week. All of my questions were answered and the nurses were just amazing

My experience from the beginning till now has been wonderful. Everyone that I’ve come in contact from the front desk, to the office and clinical team have done a great job of explaining services, cost, benefits and what I can expect as the consumer. The moment I arrived for my free consultation, everyone at the front desk, nurses, and doctor have been warm and friendly. This has been consistent each time I have went into the office, called, texted and emailed. I then met with Jenelle and then a week later at my Pre-Op appointment with Dr. Jacob. They both were extremely supportive and very nice! I never felt rushed and they answered every question and concern. My experience started off by meeting with Jenelle. She was so patient with me. I wasn’t even exactly sure what I wanted. She answered every question had me look at things at every different angle and not once pressured me into signing. she was awesome! Jenelle is personable, friendly and genuine and Sono Bello is lucky to have her. On the day of my procedure, I was lucky enough to have Melissa as my nurse.
