Great staff that are well trained in various procedures I’ve had. Especially like Michelle and newer gal Zhane. Results are so amazing- I can’t help but keep extending my packages.
The team made all the difference. Erika, Adrienne, Zhane, Michelle and my physician work together seamlessly. Their genuine desire for great results was felt throughout each step.
My Venus sessions are the highlight of my week. After liposuction I was worried about lose skin and even after the first session of Venus treatment the results were incredible. I definitely feel more confident and it’s worth every penny to see my skin look so lively and slowly tightening.
Dr.Kaplan was an amazing doctor! He had the best bedside manner and really took the time to listen to all of my concerns and questions. My results were amazing so far and so happy I had Dr.Kaplan as my surgen. Highly recommend him to anyone.
Overall it was a positive experience except for two things: 1. There was a problem with your phone systems. Frequently when I'd call, the line would go dead, accompanied with an unending stream of white noise. I kept bringing it to the attention of the receptionist. 2. I arrived 15 minutes early for my first follow-up appointment, and then waited a 45 minutes before the nurse arrived to see me. I absolutely love visiting Sonobello at least twice a week. I drive one and a half hour each way to treat myself with the most amazing and relaxing massage. VenusLegacy is the most wonderful treatment and if you never experianced it you are missing so much. This is the treatment that actually works. No more hopes and dreams, the real results come so fast that you will have a hard time to believe it. Your skin feels and looks so much tighter and smoother. Good buy Wrinkles and Cellulite!!!
My experience was great. Form check in with Zoe (who always had a smile and from my first appointment to my last checkup, never forgot my name) my Nurse Erica (lovey person with a caring and friendly demeanor), to Dr Sails who was friendly, funny, confident, skilled, and professional through all my meetings and surgery. I am not a skinny person but I had lost 50 lbs and Dr sails removed loose skin and shaped my waist for my wedding. My results are better than I imagined they could be. Thank you to the whole team!!
The procedure was quick but it did hurt in some areas, but nothing extreme and the surgeon and nursing staff were kind and supportive while the procedure was happening. I’m about 1 month post op and I’m already seeing a huge different in my size, clothes are fitting better and within 1 week I was already down 4 lbs!
Everyone was informative and supportive. Doctor was fantastic!
