For starters everyone was absolutely wonderful and professional at this Sonobello location! My consultation appointment was with Melissa and she was so nice and helpful. She went through everything that I needed to know. She answered questions and made me feel very comfortable about my decision to do this. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. During my procedure I told Dr Kaplan that I would write a good review about him and he asked me if I would remember saying that because I was on meds (lol) He is one of the nicest doctors that I have come across. He made me feel extremely comfortable and I enjoyed talking to him. The staff was very kind and helpful. The procedure was effective, and I am pleased with the results.
Dr. Brownstein and Nurse Adrienne were the Best part! Nurse A. was so patient and kind, and Dr. Brownstein is the Absolute Best! He carefully explained the procedures, asked me for my hopes and expectations and made excellent recommendations to achieve the outcome I was looking for. He has a great personality while remaining completely professional. I trusted him immediately. And That makes All the difference!
Loves the staff even the center management took and effort to meet me and ensure I was happy with the services. The doctor gets 100% Adrienne the nurse is quite possibly the sweetest person I’ve ever met. She is also exceptionally knowledgeable and always too eager to help and address concerns. Adrienne’s positive outlook and optimism is right on bc I am healing and getting the results she predicted.
I went to the Cherry Hill location for my consultation and they were amazing there they made it comfortable it was an easy decision for me. At the KOP location Diamond the nurse made my procedure so comfortable she’s personable compassionate and caring. She’s life the best she ensured I was properly cared for. I’m happy with my result and the professionalism of the staff at KOP!
Everything was wondering. From front desk to the doctor's and nurses in the back Betty was great
I had a wonderful experience at Sono Bello. I especially thought that Adrian (manager) was great to deal with and made me feel at ease along with Adrienne (nurse). I will absolutely recommend Sono Bello to my friends and family!
I m really satisfied with the services here . The place looked clean , professional ! The staffs is nice and really spend time with you ! All questions are answered! The price is affordable! I would highly recommend this place
