0 stars very unprofessional!! I was waiting for a family member to finish procedure and over heard the reception ladies laughing. They were speaking about what seems to be another patients photos of a tattoo they had. Then called in someone else in to have a laugh with them. How unprofessional, disgusting and disrespectful. everyone was so friendly and professional. It boosted your confidence going in and I truly appreciate it all the input my nurse Carl gave me both prior to and after my surgery. I feel great and believe that that is due to the excellent care and postop information that was provided to me. Overall, a great experience. I can’t wait to see the results.

Sono Bello is absolutely professional, organized and great employees. My experience was so wonderful!! I had something similar two years ago by a very renowned cosmetic surgeon and there is no comparison!! They cover every detail and every step of your procedure before and post-op! I just had my 360 lipo and AbEX procedure done on 3/28/24 at the Wayne, PA office. Janelle was my consultant. She is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly. Dr. Bastidas was my surgeon and is an excellent plastic surgeon. He is a calm professional and caring. The entire nursing staff are the same. I had my 1 week checkup and removal of the drains on 4/4. I was having a billing difficulty (the banks fault not SB) and both Judy and Alexa were patient and persistent and got the issue resolved. They were also pleasant about the whole issue.
