I just had my 360 lipo and AbEX procedure done on 3/28/24 at the Wayne, PA office. Janelle was my consultant. She is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and friendly. Dr. Bastidas was my surgeon and is an excellent plastic surgeon. He is a calm professional and caring. The entire nursing staff are the same. I had my 1 week checkup and removal of the drains on 4/4. I was having a billing difficulty (the banks fault not SB) and both Judy and Alexa were patient and persistent and got the issue resolved. They were also pleasant about the whole issue.
