Hands down the level of customer service Andrea gives at sono bello in las vegas from the moment you walk through the doors is OUT STANDING!! When I walked in for my 3 mpo appointment today she had the biggest smile and always remembers who I am. She notice I had a dress on and the smile I had and gave me the biggest compliment, which makes me even happier I did this procedure!!

I had a great experience with Sono Bello Las Vegas staff. Everyone was so nice and answers your questions and concerns. Dr. Shehadi was nice enough to text me and check how I was doing. I really appreciate that. Nurse Jessica really took care of me and addressed my needs as well.

I had been to the facility twice before my procedure and each time the young lady left at the front is always wonderfully welcoming, I feel right at home. I had my first post op appointment today. I didn’t know what to expect, everything about the experience and procedure was different from my first. It was awesome!
