I had been to the facility twice before my procedure and each time the young lady left at the front is always wonderfully welcoming, I feel right at home. I had my first post op appointment today. First, all the ladies up front are friendly and kind and always offer water. I love that. I worked with La’ Tisha today and I absolutely adore her! Thank you for explaining everything, making me comfortable, answering my questions without making me feel rushed.
