I was so nervous when I first drove up in the parking lot. However, when I entered the office the ladies at the desk was so professional and courteous. Customer service is very important to me because I learned how important it was to my customers while serving forty two years of Army active duty and civil service combine. I was so impressed with the excellent customer service I received from Andrea (front desk) and with Kasey (consultant). Andrea greeted me with a smile and she knew my husband and I had traveled to the office from 2 1/2 hrs away. I have had the abEx and my second procedure was just liposuction on the bra line and hips. Both procedures were very easy for me due to the fact my surgical nurse was Jotham. Dr Hahn was awesome as well but my nurse went above and beyond to ease my nervousness and help me to be calm and relaxed during the process both times.
