I am impressed by the customer service I have received during this exploratory phase. I have never considered a procedure like this so I had no idea what to expect. Extremely sensitive and very personal issues my body, talking with Kitt and Markie was comforting and almost soothing, I didnt feel ashamed or embarrassed.
