I felt welcome and comfortable with Kitt and Markie at the facility in Madison, WI. They were very professional and personal at the same time. They were encouraging and took the time to answer my questions. Kitt is knowledgeable and very detailed. She was concerned about making this the best experience for me and my husband, as the care giver. I’m impressed with the efficiency and information I received. I’m excited to have my appointment scheduled and also am clear as to the recovery process.
