Star and Dr Villarreal were AWESOME! They put me at ease as I was prepared for my procedure. Everything I was told by them about the surgery details was just as they described. Amanda has been a god send! Each time I have came up there she has been nothing but kind, helpful, compassionate and sweet!! I had gotten a post op infection and after two weeks of no sleep I came to my appointment so tired and she made stay and get some rest before leaving. Took me to the family room and cut off the lights and after a couple outs of rest she made me some coffee to wake up! I mean what clinic or staff would do that for there patients? I had a wonderful experience at Sono Bello Memphis. From the receptionist to the nurses and doctor, everyone made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. Each visit I left with the knowledge I needed to have the best results of my procedure. Ms.Star, my nurse, made me feel safe, comfortable,and in good hands! Dr. V was a great doctor with kindness and patience! Ms.Carlie and Ms.Stephanie welcomed me and made sure that I had everything that I needed.
