I absolutely love the staff, I look forward to seeing them on each visit. The office is always clean and very comfortable. You never have to wait very long in the waiting area, you are seen in a timely manner. Customer service is on point.

As always, with my many trips to Sono Bello in Memphis, I was greeted with warm smiles and keys to the bathroom!!. I drive a distance but this is the closest Sono Bello to my home. I always have to go to bathroom when I arrive. The ladies at the front desk are always very kind and make sure my needs are met every time. I know I am another customer but I feel like "one of the gang" when I am here, we share family vacation destinations, life experiences and other stories all while in the setting of a beautiful calm atmosphere... read more
