The front office ladies always greet you with a smile. Today, I was told they were behind with appointments however I like when they are up front with you and let you know. Sometimes when at other appointments, you wait soooo long you think they forgot about you. Never the case here. Front and back office staff are very professional, aware of your time, explain procedures to make sure you are comfortable and all your questions answered. Wonderful experience. Lindsey and all the staff were so kind and knowledgable and made the whole process a great experience. The surgeon took exceptional care and time in explaining the procedure's and answering any questions. The facility was very clean and up to date, technologically. I highly recommend this establishment and would use their services again.

Amanda has always been a joy. She's upbeat, energetic and very professional. Whenever I have a question she's very resourceful and displays enthusiasm towards helping. I'm always happy to be greeted by her. She has helped me tremendously throughout my life changing Sono Bello experience.
