All of the staff @ the Memphis location were outstanding. They’re an awesome team, especially Nurse Lourdes. Everyone was readily available to assist & answer any questions during my initial consultation, after my procedure and during my entire post healing process. I will definitely refer others & I highly recommend this location. You won’t be disappointed.

Today was my first balancer pro. The experience was relaxing. Lourdes was my nurse again today. Always compassionate, caring, honest and transparent . She’s a great listener too. I’ve adopted her as my sister in love. She doesn’t know it yet🤣. I’m at ease with her. I feel comfortable knowing she’s on my care team. She has followed me from my first consultation. It was a great experience from start to finish. The procedure was well explained as was the post op expectations! My surgeon was so personable and answered all of my questions. The nurses were great! They made me feel so comfortable and explained things well to me and my support person. I would recommend this place without reservation! Overall, a wonderful experience.
