Im happy to leave this review for the Memphis Center. I had an EX a few months ago, from beginning to end the experience was magnificent. The staff was so well informed, they took time to communicate everything every step of the way. My nurses Star and Lourdes made me feel like I was a member of their family . I have been nothing but pleased with every recovery/follow up visit with Sona Bella. As soon as I walked through the door Douquisha remembered who I was, and was friendly and knowledgeable. When I go for my balancer pro appointments she always remembers where I left off and even to bring a blanket because I get cold sometimes. Once again thank you Sona Bella for being not only a life changer but an extended family.
