Each visit has been great! Everyone in the office has a great attitude and very accommodating! I wish all offices were run this smoothly!

I have been nothing but pleased with every recovery/follow up visit with Sona Bella. As soon as I walked through the door Douquisha remembered who I was, and was friendly and knowledgeable. When I go for my balancer pro appointments she always remembers where I left off and even to bring a blanket because I get cold sometimes. Once again thank you Sona Bella for being not only a life changer but an extended family.

I put a lot of thought and pray about getting this procedure and I was specific in my prayers even down to the staff and when I tell you my prayers were answered. The doctor was extremely attentive and honest with what to expect and my LPN was truly a Star and that was her name as well. Thank you Sona Bella for my life changing experience!

All of the staff @ the Memphis location were outstanding. They’re an awesome team, especially Nurse Lourdes. Everyone was readily available to assist & answer any questions during my initial consultation, after my procedure and during my entire post healing process.
