Every helpful and supportive
Everything was awesome. Receptions were very delightful. The girl in the back corner room needs to stop getting surgery on her face. It scared me this time and it isnt good for business.
Everybody is SO nice and treats me like I am their main focus! I enjoy coming to Sono Bello.
5 stars: Dr Tav. Extremely Professional. I knew I was in good hands. He answered my questions and talked me through everything he was going to do. From the very beginning, Dr. Tavassoli and his nurse Rachel were absolutely amazing. I was extremely nervous because I had never done anything like this before and felt completely out of my element. They both went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way. Their kindness, patience, and reassurance meant so much to me. The lovely consultant was so nice and informative. She had the answers to all of my questions. She made me feel at ease with this entire process.
Dr. T and Katie are an amazing team. They both are very personable and professional. They made the whole process very comfortable. Behind the scenes people that drive the office every day are doing a great job as well. I just don’t know all their names. Definitely would recommend this office to my friends and family for any services needed.
You could not ask for a better group of people! From the moment you get there to the moment you leave. CiCi, Kate and Dr. Tavassoil are so helpful and explain everything you need to know more than once! And Kate will take EXCELLENT care of you before and after surgery. I had the ABex and Lipo of the Flanks, hips, waist, upper and lower abs!
My last visit with Ms. Ebony and the VenusLegacy was bittersweet. She is so bubbly and shares a wealth of information regarding what to expect 3 months to 6 months from surgery. I feel that the Venus treatment greatly improved my scar areas.
