My consultant, Darla, was absolutely fantastic! I wasn’t thrilled about the additional wait time do to the company they use over scheduling consults, however it was worth the wait! Darla made me, and my time, feel appreciated. She was thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. What could have been uncomfortable when assessing the areas to be addressed, instead felt like chatting with an old friend while showing your tan lines. Early October, 2024, I decided to make an appointment to find out all that Sono Bello offers those like me who are seeking another way to remove unwanted fat from different areas of the body and how much one can expect to pay for the services they offer. I met with Darla. She was very personable, non-judgmental, knowledgeable, and helpful. I really appreciate meeting her and finding out all the options they offer.
I had my pre-op visit today with Chloe the Assistant Practice Manager who was informative and very through. Dr. Tavassoli was amazing and very kind. He explained everything about my surgery and post op. I’m looking forward to my procedure.
Everyone at the Nashville office is great. Can't wait for my procedure in two weeks!
I had the AbEx procedure yesterday and I can’t say enough about the positive experience I had. My nurse, Shauri, was so attentive and understanding. She consistently updated my family on my progress and took the time to hand write tip and best practices on my aftercare book. My doctor, Dr. Berger, explained everything in detail. He even took the time to personally call me today to check on my progress. Five stars, I would definitely recommend Sono Bello to others.
It was an overall great experience! From the beginning with Miss Hannah conducting the consult, to the day of surgery with nurses Hailey and Mallory. They were very professional and made sure I was taken care of. Dr. Tav was the best, he even called the day after the surgery to ensure I was going ok.
1st follow-up appointment today. Staff, again, super friendly and personable. Very efficient and quick review, all questions answered. Can't wait to continue this journey with Sonobello!
