The nurses and staff are absolutely amazing!! My pre op nurse (Tara) and my surgical nurse (Shauri) were so easy to work with and did an outstanding job giving me every detail from pre op education down to what to expect after surgery. The team at Sono Bello Nashville is superb! They are compassionate, efficient, and masters of their art. Everyone, from reception, to nurse, to doctor was excellent. I felt cared for every step of the process. It is not an assembly line. My plan of care was individualized for my needs. I am a senior adult so my plan of care was given careful evaluation. Every single person I have encountered at Sono Bello has been absolutely fantastic. Between making sure I had plenty of time to ask all my questions, ensuring I had everything I need and talking me through the parts I was nervous about…. They truly couldn’t have been more perfect. Oh my gosh!!! Let’s not forget the aftercare videos, texts and personal phone calls from my surgeon and nurses. Y’all are the absolute best!
