My Experience was one of Pure Satisfaction and Delight!!! The staff and faculty were Wonderful. I was Pleasantly Greeted upon entering and met a very personable young man named William that explained what my visit would entail and indulgently adressed my post op and procedural concerns. I then received a VenusLegacy treatment by Jeanette who patiently Explained in depth the benefits of the treatment and what to Expect upon leaving. I loved my experience today at Sonobello. Dr. Dipietro is absolutely amazing! She made me feel relaxed and most importantly heard. She was extremely helpful and informative. Alyssa, the front desk receptionist was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and kind. An amazing addition to the team.

I want to acknowledge the staffs, professionalism and keen knowledge on the procedure, the process and working with patients. Sophia F., RN has exceptional, bedside manner on point with making sure the patient is comfortable and has form fitting garments to ease the transition after the procedure. Now let’s talk about Mr. William at the front desk who was very patient with my care credit issues I was having, but was knowledgeable enough to successfully resolve the problem and get my appointments booked as needed.

I'm writing this review because I just had my procedure done. I'm going to be very honest. I had a wonderful and humbling experience at Sono Bello. The staff there are incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional to the utmost. I had my own fears and stigmas coming in to do this procedure. One being a male and two being in the Military.
