This office exudes of the true meaning of customer service and professionalism. William, Alyssa, Nia, Simi and Kiara were all so personable. I love my experience and would recommend this location to anyone who wants are warm welcoming experience. Simi was so informative about a procedure I was interested in I felt so comfortable being my silly self as we discussed my areas of interest. This office, this staff the best.

Came late and they still saw me and took well care of me and gave me recommendations. I love Dr.Mordkovich and the nurse that I forgot her name but she is amazing and always is sweeet and polite to me, the staff in the front are amazing and kind and sweet as well.

Every time I come to Sono Bello NYC I have an amazing experience. Dr. Dipietro did an amazing job with my procedure, but the staff there really make you feel at home. Nurse Bryah was exceptional. She was extremely informative and helped me out a lot with my healing journey. Alyssa at the front desk might be my favorite. She is always willing to help and goes above and beyond to make patients feel heard and cared for. The team is phenomenal. Great place

My Experience was one of Pure Satisfaction and Delight!!! The staff and faculty were Wonderful. I was Pleasantly Greeted upon entering and met a very personable young man named William that explained what my visit would entail and indulgently adressed my post op and procedural concerns. I then received a VenusLegacy treatment by Jeanette who patiently Explained in depth the benefits of the treatment and what to Expect upon leaving.
