Jinnette is very good at her work. She’s social, I’ll definitely recommend Venus with her. I’ll also add she’s very clean, the Venus room always smells fresh.
My experience with Jinette was great. She’s very helpful, explained the treatment. I never waited for my appointment m, always in time. Jinnette is very professional, and friendly.

My experience at Sonobello was phenomenal, the staff in general was very professional, courteous, warm and empathetic . My favorites are : William and Kiara receptionist that greeted me when I first walked in with a warm smile and great customer service. Next is my pre op nurse Bryah she is smart over the top phenomenal, professional, awesome, compassionate, empathetic and empowering. SPECIFICALLY, William, Sophia, Bryah, kiara and Jeanette have exceptional customer service pleasant demeanor, professionalism is superb, expertise and their line of work . When it comes to the front desk or Venus treatments, patient follow up and care , just the welcoming atmosphere at this New York location has been amazing for me. This office exudes of the true meaning of customer service and professionalism. William, Alyssa, Nia, Simi and Kiara were all so personable. I love my experience and would recommend this location to anyone who wants are warm welcoming experience. Simi was so informative about a procedure I was interested in I felt so comfortable being my silly self as we discussed my areas of interest. This office, this staff the best.
