The staff was professional and compassionate. I also loved the fact Michelle was acutely aware of the importance of communicating in a way that conveys dignity while empowering the consumer with an excellent overview of the selected procedures, pricing, and the included amenities. Overall my experience was a solid 5.

Coming to Sono Bello was not something I had planned on doing at this stage in my life, but I am glad I did.
