I had my consultation yesterday at the Richmond location, and I was both nervous and excited going in. I met with Michelle and she immediately made me feel comfortable and safe. She explained the entire process and answered all my questions with kindness and patience. If you are on the fence about this procedure, I highly recommend coming in for a consultation.

I went for my consult today and I highly recommend them. Michelle was super knowledgeable and honest about the realistic expectations. I went in having no idea how to get the results I wanted to walking out knowing exactly what to expect. Thank you!!!

"I went for my preop this morning and because I wanted to beat the expected snow I arrived 2 hours early. They allowed me to be seen early and was met by the most cheerful front desk receptionist Lizabeth, she was so pleasant and helpful. Then I met the very attentive assistant to Dr Nickodem, Yhuene, he answered all my question and made me feel at ease. Dr. Nicodem answered all my questions and made me good about upcoming procedure...

I’ve been trying to visit for a consultation for years, but due to my schedule it has just been hectic. I finally made it today & the staff from the entrance to the exit was awesome. Michelle took the time to explain everything throughly and was able to answer any questions I had. I’m glad I made it.
