I had my first Balancer Pro session today, and WOW. Under normal circumstances, I can already imagine how relaxing and restorative this treatment would be, but two weeks after my Sono Bello surgery, it was honestly everything my body needed. The team in Roseland was exceptional! Friendly atmosphere and everyone was really nice. I’m not really good with names but all the staff that attended to me were great and explained the expectations pre and post procedure. They were all caring and I felt their love of their work and I firmly believe that’s very important. Keep up the great work guys!
My experience at Sono Bello was GREAT with excellent customer service! Everyone was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my entire experience. I’m very pleased with the service I received and would definitely recommend Sono Bello to others.
Dr garner and Mariel both treated me so well through my surgery, constantly asking me how I am doing through the experience and made sure I was feeling good and it if I was ever uncomfortable, they made sure they lessened that.
My waist ex procedure went smoothly. Dr Goldenberg makes expectations clear and there were no surprises. The procedure went as planned. Mariel, the tech, was very supportive and made me feel comfortable throughout. The launch nurse Symone prepared me for the procedure and helped me understand all my medications and what I may expect in the days after my procedure. The staff treats you like a person and doesn’t rush through and steps. The staff is spectacular.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Dawson and his entire team Janeris and Arlene. From the beginning to the end, everything went very well. Mariel was the nurse who took care of me during my procedure, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was very professional, kind, and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable and took such gentle care of me whenever I needed anything. I truly appreciated how caring she was throughout the entire experience.
