The whole office from Front office to Consult Coordinator (Verenia “V”) were so nice and friendly. V was so wonderful & enthusiastic which made me feel comfortable and happy to be there. V is so easy to talk to. She made it easier to make the decision and made me feel that I deserved to put myself first for a change.

I would say that Verenia, aka "Superhero V", was great to both myself and my wife. Personable, knowledgable, and just a gem. Answered our questions, made us feel at home like we'd always known her, and really broke it down for us. The office was beautiful and all the staff were kind and inviting. Prices we're great, options were clearly explained, questions we're answered.
