Great customer service at the front desk! Vernia was excellent and really cares! She made me feel right at home! Very candid, transparent and suggested ways to save me money! You all may not want to hear that part!! But, so greatly appreciated on my part! Thank you sooo very much!

Verenia Ohanian was the first contact I had with Sonobello.  She was excellent and is the reason I decided to move forward with my procedures.  She calmed any concerns I had about post operative complications.  She was very straightforward, informative and there was no pressure to buy any or additional services.  However, when asked, she was willing to give advice and it was much appreciated.  I will be back for additional services this year and I haven’t even had the first surgery!

From start to finish was amazing. My Nurse Carl made me feel so comfortable and was so helpful, he did such an amazing job. Dr. Schaner did amazing, I didn’t feel anything during surgery, plus he was very informative with everything that he did. Thank you Sono Bello for an amazing job and a great experience.

Absolutely amazing experience with my patient care consultant Verenia ✨ I felt so comfortable with her explaining my problem areas and what they could do to improve them Verenia was so kind and intelligent she listened to every concern I had, and I felt completely confident in everything she had explained to me. This place is absolutely wonderful. However, the main focus of my review is Verenia. She is heaven sent!! Her transparency, kind words, and encouragement has helped me in more ways than one. Even when I wasn’t sure about moving forward with the procedure just yet, she let me know that this is something they’re ready to do whenever it felt right to ME. I usually don't answer or write reviews. But the quality of service and care I received from Sono Bello prompted me to write this review. The staff, doctor's, and nurses are truly the best in the business. I'm asking you to call them and schedule your free appointment. This is where you will be evaluated for the procedures you would like to receive. You can also get your credit approved prior to your leaving.
