Because of my busy schedule, V accommodated me and worked around my schedule to provide exceptional customer service! Not only was she prompt in her responses, she is also very courteous, attentive, responsive, professional and compassionate. My experience at Sonobello so far has been amazing! From the receptionist being knowledgeable and kind. To consulting with Verenia who was also amazing! Explained everything throughly so I would know what to expect. Didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need which is always a plus. I can’t wait to look and feel me best again!
