I had my first visit at Sono Bello San Antonio and can I just tell you the staff is great. The ladies at the desk were very friendly and welcoming. Verenia was amazing. She walked me through everything and answered all my questions. Next month is my procedure and I'm nothing but excited. She sent me with a packet of information including my surgeon's education and experience. This is very important to me as a recovery room RN. I needed all the details.

Post-op week 1. I met with Anna. She was kind, personable, and fun to chat with. She explained every step of the process over the next few months, addressed my questions and aligned my expectations. I went in for a consultation, the esthetics of the waiting room was pleasant, the front desk staff were courteous and welcoming. Let me first tell you about Verenia! She is amazing and supportive and all around, just an amazing human. She answered all of my questions (and I had a lot of them). There was no pressure, just support. Dr. Schaner did my procedure. He’s fantastic. Not only is he a body artist, but he’s kind. I haven’t even finished swelling and am impressed with what I see in the mirror. Vonnie and Lorena were the nurses that were with me through the preop process and the surgery.
