It has been almost a month since initial contact and the both of us having the procedure done and yet everyone we reach out to treats us with respect and dignity and continue to give us peace of mind. Every time we visit the Sonobello offices we have been met with professional and courteous staff, who bend over backwards to make us feel welcome and part of the family.
My surgery was two months ago, and I waited to write this review because I brought all my concerns to the office manager and was giving them a chance to address my issues and since my surgery I have not had any type of follow up from anyone in the office. My consultation was done by someone in the office that’s not a doctor or medical professional.
