From the beginning the staff was very informative. And pleasant. I was reassured about everything. The medical staff was great. Great bedside manner and kind nurses.

So far I’ve had a great experience at Sonobello and am liking the results.
So I had my 3 month follow up today, after Micro Laser Lipo, and I've lost 18 lbs. since i started! My garments began at XXL and I am now a Large! I am super excited! Medical team showed me the "before" pictures. I almost cried! I didn't realize how awful I looked. Now, I have to workout and get the Venus cellulite treatments with Sono Bello. Friendly and very professional
The whole staff was amazing, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Im nervous because I am having my procedure done this coming Thursday but i feel completely satisfied so far.
Had my appointment appointment at 11:30, arrived at 11:15. By 12:00 no one had helped me, rude receptionist told me its going to be a while. I asked her to call me to reschedule and she said rudely "We dont call you, you call us". I left, if this os the respect your going to get as a customer, no thanks. They are multiple location where i think you can same treatment with professionalism. If the front desk is like that to new customers cant imagine the doctors (I bet God Complex). I recoment find yourself anothe location..
