The staff was amazing, And so were the doctors. I got a great deal on my package. They were awesome in working with me financially. As for the process the local anesthesia did not work as well as I anticipated and I could feel a lot of pain through the whole procedure. Not everyone has the same pain tolerance so this could just be me in general. The nurse even held my hand and tried her best to comfort me due to the pain. After months of searching and reading reviews Sono Bello of San Antonio was my #1 choice. My surgeon Dr. Schafer explained I’m very simplistic detail of the procedure he was going to conduct and what to expect post procedure. He was very thorough and polite and I would Highly Recommend him as the #1 surgeon to perform any of your surgical procedures….. Ms Verenia Ohanian is absolutely the most professional consultant I’ve ever dealt with in any medical service. Her Excellent customer service is Second To None. She made me feel very comfortable with her infectious personality and superior knowledge. I highly recommend her to any male or female as a consultant. Rachel is amazing! I had my first venus treatment with her and was quite nervous. She was personable and understanding. She explained the process and overall expectations as we move forward through the treatment plan. The open conversation and friendly atmosphere made time fly by and before I knew it we were done. I am excited and ready for my next session. I will follow up with results but have full trust in Rachel’s skill set to help me meet my goals.
