Horrible experience with their consultant. She was rude, disrespectful and didn’t seem to care. Save yourself the grief. Go somewhere you are valued and cared for.
We went Sono Bella for a consultation and were completely dissatisfied. Our consultant was rude, aggressive and unkind. She didn’t skip a beat to belittle me and make me feel very unsafe in her office. She has the worst customer service. She started off telling us she was competent just like her doctors. She meets with us because the doctors don’t have the time to meet with all their patients. When I told her I wanted a personable doctor to know my story she said good luck. Maybe I can teach them and be their therapist. Haha... read more
