I have been going to Sono Bello since last August. For the most part my experiences with people have been great. My results are mostly fantastic. Herein lies the problem. From my first postop appointment I have been talking with the nurses about a revision, touch up, to the areas above and below my scar line. Each time I have been told that we can redress at 6 month. Had my appointment appointment at 11:30, arrived at 11:15. By 12:00 no one had helped me, rude receptionist told me its going to be a while. I asked her to call me to reschedule and she said rudely "We dont call you, you call us". I left, if this os the respect your going to get as a customer, no thanks. They are multiple location where i think you can same treatment with professionalism. If the front desk is like that to new customers cant imagine the doctors (I bet God Complex). I recoment find yourself anothe location..

I have never had a male nurse so attentive to female needs. He made the experience comfortable and very pleasant. He was awesome!!

Everyone from the consultation to the surgery very informative. No surprises. They made the experience warm and friendly. Doctor Shaner and Nurse Carl were very thorough in explaining the process during and after surgery. No surprises. Couldn’t ask for a better team. While my husband was waiting during the surgery the front desk him comfortable.

I was brought back for my consultation with Verenia, she was an absolute sweetheart. She made me feel very comfortable showing her my body. I left feeling like I made a new friend. And at 50 we don’t really do that. LOL. V was absolutely charming and I really felt as if I was sitting sharing stories with a girl friend.

Knowledgeable, kind, and helpful are all words I can honestly use about the staff (especially Dr Shaner and Anna) at Sono Bello. I have yet to have a bad interaction, everyone has been friendly and kind when I have questions…I can’t think of more positive things to say, and I usually have something to say about everything I’ve experienced ;) This group always goes above and beyond, and I appreciate it so much!
