Since my first time I contact Sono Bello they been very supportive and excellent customer service The Dr was late on his appointment bit he was very nice and have the courtesy to call me for follow up normally you don’t expect it for a Doctor what talk about the good customer care

What a welcoming place!! Verenia was amazing from the time she introduced herself, until the very end of my consultation! She explained what would be done and answered any questions I had. I came to this consultation feeling very nervous, but Verenia assured me, and made me feel so comfortable, and put my nerves at ease. Thank you Verenia! You'll be hearing from me soon!!!

SUBLIME!! The entire staff is so sweet and welcoming. When you walk into Sono Bello Sonterra, you aren’t just a patient or client, you are a person! I don’t have words for what a wonderful experience this was.! I have to single out the 2 people that made my experience better than I could have imagined! Dr. Westfield, M.D, and Nikki Walker, LVN. They made me feel so comfortable and were so patient with me. That doesn’t happen often, if ever. Thank you guys!

Dannielle RN was awesome! She took her time with us and answered all our questions and reassured us that if we needed anything we could call/text her or the office and they’d answer any questions! She was very knowledgeable on my situation and was very patient with me and my concerns! Awesome place with great staff!

I wanted to commend the staff at the sonterra park location. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by Victoria who was very welcoming and informative. My wait time was very short and then I met with my consultant who was Denise. She too was very informative about the process and gave me her personal experience. Through the interaction that I had with her, my decision to do the procedure was made easily. So I scheduled my appointment at there earliest appointment which was about 3 weeks later. I feel so better with my body the staff here it’s sono, Bello were wonderful and Dr. Freeman did a wonderful job on my body and I love it. I want to thank him so much for making me look wonderful again. He is the best doctor I recommend anybody who wants this done Get it done by Dr. Freeman. He did a good job once again thank you for making me feel good about myself.

Dr. Schaner, Danielle and all the staff at Sono Bello could not be better!! As a 65 year old woman who knew it was time to make a difference in her life, it was a huge step to even call Sono Bello. Everyone there is encouraging and supportive. They do not hesitate to answer your questions or call me if I needed them. I am just starting this journey with them and can’t wait to see the final results.
