My nurse is the best Dannielle, super sweet, explains everything. She looked at some areas I was concerned with shared with the doctor and reached out for me to schedule a follow up to see the doctor. She is definitely on top of things. Everyone at the office is so nice and friendly 😊

Great customer service, answered all my questions and doubts. Doctor Friedman is one of a kind and is very nice. Calls and checks on you personally. That talks wonderful about Sonobello. I am in no pain and recovery seems very easy.

Dr. Westfield was courteous, professional and explained exactly what could be achieved or not. He personally followed up with me days after the procedure. Andrea, surgical nurse, explained the pre and post-op carefully and made sure I didn't have questions. Professional with a caring touch.

I have not had my procedure yet, as I just had my consultation with V. (Verenia). I have to say that she was very knowledgeable, and incredibly fun!! I felt like she was honest and did not try to push, pressure or persuade any treatment. She gave us the straight facts (which is exactly what we would expect). So far, I am very pleased with Sono Bello. sbj
