Dr. Westfield was courteous, professional and explained exactly what could be achieved or not. He personally followed up with me days after the procedure. Andrea, surgical nurse, explained the pre and post-op carefully and made sure I didn't have questions. Professional with a caring touch.

I have not had my procedure yet, as I just had my consultation with V. (Verenia). I have to say that she was very knowledgeable, and incredibly fun!! I felt like she was honest and did not try to push, pressure or persuade any treatment. She gave us the straight facts (which is exactly what we would expect).
