Marvelous experience from beginning to end. Verenia greeted me on initial consult and explained everything and answered all my questions and concerns. Also checked in on me through the journey. All staff were very courteous and gave caring treatment.I just love Dr. Schaner to pieces. He did a very good job. My mobility has increased, my clothes fit again, and I feel much better. Definitely would do it again!

Customer service is on point. Scheduling a free consultation was fast, the offfice is clean and staff is very friendly. Verenia was very helpful on explaining the procedure as well as answering any questions I may have had after the consultation. I can't wait till I have the procedure and get to feel confident again.
Let me say the smiles and energy is very welcoming. The ladies at the front desk are super friendly and helpful especially Kimberly. The Venus treatment with Beth was great. Will definitely recommend this office @ San Antonio location .

I was nervous going into this appointment because I didn't know what to expect. I was afraid of pointing out my problem areas because I thought the person looking at me would be judgmental. Boy, was I wrong! Everyone was so kind and reassuring. Talking to V was like catching up with a friend I hadn't seen in years. She helped me figure out the best option for my problem areas and explained financial information thoroughly. She made the entire process easy. I can't wait to take this next step in my life!
