Very friendly staff. Great customer service. Diane was very nice and very knowledgeable of my procedure.
Amazing customer service !! Denisse was very thorough at explaining every thing to me. I had been putting my procedure off for years and after just a few minutes of talking to her , I was like how soon can we do this ?!! Also the young lady in the front office was pretty awesome as well. I believe her name was Bryanna. I called asking for an excuse to show to my employer of all my upcoming appointments and within minutes I had the letter sent to my email. The staff at this office has exceeded my expectations.

Karlotta and the whole group over there are fantastic!! I actually showed up on the wrong day for my appointment. I had to drive from Boerne, 45 mins away so I was so mad at myself. Karlotta gave up her lunch time to squeeze me in!🥰 I call that above and beyond!!! So highly recommend this salon!!
The staff were wonderful! Andrea was great as we waited for Dr. Westfield and during the procedure they kept me calm through out the entire thing. I barely felt any pain and when I did Dr. Westfield backed off immediately and tried another spot. All in all it was worth it!
I have had an awesome experience so far! Verenia was super sweet and knowledgeable in my consultation. I felt I could open up and tell her my life story lol. I just had my waist, hips, upper and lower abdomen and EX today. Dr. Schaner was wonderful! The procedure went better than expected. The nurses were also so caring and nice. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Sono Bello and Dr Schaner.

Each visit to your location is a pleasant experience because of employees like Karlotta Ybarra. she exhume patience, emphathy and is a keen listener to my needs. i know the patient load is usually heavy on a daily basis but she is always so cool and easy going
