Where do I start? My experience at Sono Bello has been nothing short of phenomenal. From the moment I walk and greeted by Klarissa I feel welcomed and cared about. I was full of questions and apprehensive when I had my first consultation with Dr. Shaner. I not only had all my questions answered openly and honestly by Nanette and Dr. Shane, but I felt at ease and knew I was in good hands. My experience here was fantastic! Everyone from front to back staff are attentive, helpful, and friendly. Dr. Westfield was caring, attentive, and very informative as well. Klarissa was also super sweet and friendly :)
The staff, specifically Denisse, Klarissa & Dr. Kunasz we’re very friendly and accommodating. Everyone made the process easier and communicated very well.
Karlotta has been very sweet and kind during my Venus treatments..she has a helpful and positive attitude…I expressed my concerns during my visit and was very helpful in answering my questions!! She’s amazing!!!
They did amazing! Nurse Andrea and Dr. Schaner made me feel so comfortable. They took great care of me, they were very kind and gentle with me . I appreciated it so so much!
Everyone was very helpful and explained what to expect step-by-step. I was surprised how little pain I experienced. Although I have some soreness it is nothing like I anticipated.

My session went great and Karlotta was wonderful, super nice, talkative and make me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She answered any questions I had and explained what the session was going to benefit me.
My experience at Sono Bello was amazing. My nurse, Andrea, eased my nerves and made sure that I was comfortable before and during my procedure. She talked and joked with me and paid very close attention to my needs I have never been cared for in a medical setting more attentively and kindly. That meant so much to me. A huge THANK YOU to Andrea! Also, the doctor did a fantastic job. He was so gentle and skilled that I actually fell asleep during the end of the operation.
