My consultant Geeti Sultani was so patient and knowledgeable! I felt like I was talking to a friend that I have known for years. I will be moving forward mid October after I sell my home, 10/10 experience.
It was a little hectic in the morning because it sounded like someone who was flying in was running late. That’s not the problem. I stepped outside to use the restroom and the pretty blonde who checked me in AND gave me directions to the bathroom, when I came back asked if I had an appointment??? What.? You just gave me directions to the restroom. It felt very impersonal. The music being played at the front is totally appropriate. My pre-op appointment was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly. It was quite the busy day, but the visit was very nice. I spoke to my surgeon and all my questions and concerns were answered. She made me feel very at ease. I can't wait for my procedure.
