The staff has been amazing! The contact via staff members and videos have been beyond excellent. Every member on the staff who I was in contact with has been very kind. They even made accommodations via Pilar to change my one week follow up to a day earlier due to excessive rainfall, as we live a few hours away from San Ramon. Dr. Egu even called me personally a few days after surgery to check on me. I will definitely be referring people to Sonobello, San Ramon.
