The staff made me feel extremely comfortable throughout my total experience
After years of research I decided to take a step to deal with insecurities . I finally found a place I felt comfortable with do so. I will say in the beginning I wasn't sure because my first interaction was with their sales consultant who spoke to me about what I was looking to do. I had a consultation on 4/27/2021 and I got a little lost so I called the office hoping they could help & Pilar who answered the phone was so nice she was able to guide me to their office, the other girl at the front was very nice and greeted me as well as I was checking in. I filled out their paperwork which was about 15 minutes long (hence why they ask you to come 15 minutes prior to your appointment.) Wonderful experience! I met and had my consult with Amanda and she was great! She is super helpful and friendly, Made me feel super comfortable and was not pushy at all . Superior Client Service from the beginning and throughout the entire experience! The consultation with Amanda, the communication with the front desk, the explanations from the nurses and my surgeon were beyond outstanding! This was my second time getting liposuction with Sono Bello, but my first time getting the Trisculpt EX. Even while swollen, I already feel sexier and getting back into my “old skin” (pun intended) lol! Dr. Satey was upfront, honest and set realistic goals with me. :)
