It was a very easy procedure, a little uncomfortable maybe once or twice but all through the procedure the Dr. kept asking me if I was ok every few minutes, until he was done .All the girls made me feel real comfortable , they asked me if I had any questions, and if so they would be right there to answer them. Dr Setea explained every detail to me over a few times, so if I had any issues to let him know. I felt at ease with the staff and knew I would be taken care of. I had my Sonobello laser Lipo surgery on October 1,2020 in San Ramon everyone there is so supportive and kind and professional . I want to thank them for my new look so far ,i’m not quite finished yet. I am still recovering but they always check up on you to make sure they are doing fine.Thank you sonobello

I arrived to my appointment 1week early by mistake the front office staff were welcoming and were able to let me know I would be seen.Amanda was very pleasant and knowledgeable answered all my questions

I Seen Sono bello on TV and decided to call them and get an appointment. I came in and was greeted by a staff of people that were kind and very professional. I had the opportunity to talk with Amanda when I had told her what my issues were she made me feel very comfortable about my concerns. The surgeon and nurse the day of my surgery were great. The 1 week post op nurse was very nice and informative. When trying to get in contact with the surgery center to get medical questions answered is where the place fell short. I felt like the customer service is not good when you are paying over 14,500.00 for a surgery and after care. And when talking to the staff and asking for a call back you have to call back multiple times when someone says they will call back in 15 minutes.
