Daniella was fabulous. She was very conscious of applying firm pressure & wanding the ENTIRE area of treatment. The Venus treatment room is WAY TOO COLD for someone who is 1/2 naked. How about putting a space heater in that room?

It was FREEZING COLD in the treatment room. The technician was over 15 minutes late for my apt. She didn't seem to give me as thorough a service as Stepanie did the week prior. For example, never once did the wand feel too hot to handle? Was l getting the full benefit of the treatment if the wand wasn't as hot as l could stand it? These treatments are EXPENSIVE, so it would be nice to feel l am getting the full benefit. The technician was friendly. The room's temperature was UNCOMFORTABLY cold.
