The staff has been amazing! The contact via staff members and videos have been beyond excellent. Every member on the staff who I was in contact with has been very kind. They even made accommodations via Pilar to change my one week follow up to a day earlier due to excessive rainfall, as we live a few hours away from San Ramon. My consultant Geeti Sultani was so patient and knowledgeable! I felt like I was talking to a friend that I have known for years. I will be moving forward mid October after I sell my home, 10/10 experience.
It was a little hectic in the morning because it sounded like someone who was flying in was running late. That’s not the problem. I stepped outside to use the restroom and the pretty blonde who checked me in AND gave me directions to the bathroom, when I came back asked if I had an appointment??? What.?
