The Sono Bello in San Ramon is amazing. The staff to include the front desk team, my nurses as well and my MD were all extremely kind, very helpful and supportive and was patient as I had questions, prior to, during, and post my procedure. I could not be happier with my results. I would highly recommend this location.

Ghetete (sp) was awesome. Asked questions about some of my info and she answered questions I had. They had some medical concerns which I understood. The area I needed treatment for was not something they could do anyway. She did not try to sell me other services, she was totally transparent and honest which was much appreciated. Very impressed with the office, the staff and the transparency. Would I recommend? Absolutely!

The staff are very friendly and want you to feel comfortable. They listen and give helpful support. Every time I've have a question, I can text on a thread dedicated to me. I have used it at least five times since my procedure, and every time I receive a friendly response and answers. One example - I had a prescription issue on a Sunday so I called and texted them. I received a callback within 90 minutes from the doctor and the patient care director. Their attention to me resolved situation in a relatively short time.
