Before, during and after the procedure, staff taff were thorough in explaining what to do and to expect about my procedure. Staff were polite and professional when i called and told them I was running late because of the traffic (twice).

Once you come to the realization that an investment in yourself is worth it. If you consider how long you’ve lived with something and how much rent it’s taken in your head space.
