Dr Case and his team, Alayah, Barb, Desiree and Vanessa were all great, and they even had a sense of humor! From beginning to end they all did their jobs effortlessly and smoothly. They had an issue with a prong on the cord of one of the tools, and for a moment it appeared we wouldn’t be able to complete the job. But Vanessa was able to fix the prong and we carried on. I am so happy with my procedure outcome! Dr case did exactly what I had expected! The staff were so helpful with informing me of the treatment and care afterward. I also am doing the Venus. Treatment with Liza, she is amazing and informative about the treatment.
