We were welcomed by a friendly smile upon entering the office. The receptionist (Jessica) was very kind and friendly which is rare lately, so that was a pleasant experience. We only waited a few minutes. By time I completed the forms, the consultant called us back. She also greeting us with a smile. The office was clean, neat and organized.
