Nancy was so kind and personable. She had great eye contact. She explained the entire process. Putting me at ease was important and she did that. Can't wait for the next step.
April always makes me feel comfortable during my Ballancer Pro appointment with her smiling face. If I have a question, she always explains and answers it.
Absolutely fantastic the staff here was wonderful polite and very knowledgeable everything was very straightforward and they make sure you understand the things you're unsure about and it was generally very pleasant and informative and I'm ready for the next steps
