The staff was very nice and helpful. Samantha called me after hours to answer my questions
I started the Balancer treatment two weeks ago about 5 weeks after my surgery. The office is clean , relaxing and comfortable

The staff was a pleasure to meet. From Katrina (front desk), to Samantha (my patient care consultant). Katryna warmly welcomed me to my appointment. We chatted comfortably until I was called in for my consultation. Samantha, my consultant, welcomed me warmly as well. During the consultation she advised me of the procedures required to reach my goal. She was always professional, respectful and warm in her manner. All in all it was an enjoyable event.
