I didn't know what to expect and was very nervous. Katryna and Samantha made me feel welcomed. I knew I was in a safe space. Samantha put me at ease with her extensive knowledge while giving me the time to ask all the questions I had. I'm so happy to be going to Sonobello now thanks to them.

I was not to sure what to expect or what to ask but, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Samantha explained the procedure very well and answered my questions very thoroughly. I am very please with the service.
I was kindly greeted by Katryna in the front office. She handed me the paperwork to fill out and offered me a water. I was later met by Samantha who did the consultation. She was very genuine in our interaction and knowledgeable of what was to take place before, during, and after the procedure. I felt no pressure, and my questions were answered without judgements.
