I didn't know what to expect and was very nervous. Katryna and Samantha made me feel welcomed. I knew I was in a safe space. Samantha put me at ease with her extensive knowledge while giving me the time to ask all the questions I had. I'm so happy to be going to Sonobello now thanks to them.

I was kindly greeted by Katryna in the front office. She handed me the paperwork to fill out and offered me a water. I was later met by Samantha who did the consultation. She was very genuine in our interaction and knowledgeable of what was to take place before, during, and after the procedure. I felt no pressure, and my questions were answered without judgements.
