The SOTA team in Plano was great! Follow the plan, loose the weight. It was simple. No hunger, food tasted great. I lost 20.lbs in the first 19 days! I was on a 70 day program to loose 53.lbs. I hit my goal and then some on day 68. I was down 57.lbs. weighed in at 206.lbs. I started at 263.lbs. It was really easy to keep to the plan. I can't believe I'm twelve weeks in and I've lost over forty pounds. Never would have I dreamed that I could reach fifty pounds gone by Christmas but it might actually happen. Even though this month has been a challenge due to my job which is corporate retail... I've managed to keep the stress from stressing me out. Holiday parties are still fun even when I'm not walking around with a plate full of treats. Nothing tastes better than success. I can't wait for 2019!!Â
