So far Sota has been great! In four weeks I have lost almost 17 pounds and I expect that the next 16 weeks will be just as easy as the past 4 have been. I had pretty much given up on being able to achieve a healthy weight until I started hearing about SOTA and decided to go in for a consultation. One week at a time weight loss to reach my goal... I'm halfway there yeah...
I would really love it if they would have a display computer to show me their website and resources they have available. They gave me a flier on it, but it is sitting on my counter and I have not touched it. If I already had a look in their shop, I would probably visit their website more!
This has been such a good experience for me. The staff has been great and have helped make this easy for me with their knowledge and support! Just like they said, follow the program and the weights will just come off! This program is a life changer for me.
The ladies in the Southlake location are superb! Always greet me with a smile and try to help me with problems or cravings that I have.

The SOTA program has literally changed my life. I reached my goal of losing 40 pounds and did it in 10 weeks. I am 61, but my metabolic age was 62 when I started. My metabolic age is now 46, and I feel 20 years younger. I was on medication for a number of health issues, and I was prediabetic. All that is gone now. The SOTA program enabled me to lose the weight, and it educated and prepared me to keep it off for life. The program was not easy for me, but I was committed to change my life, and did. Thanks SOTA.
