This is the hardest...easiest diet I have been on. Hardest...most restrictive diet on what food you can eat. Easiest because the plan is all laid out for you I know what time to eat and what to eat. I have been on this diet for two weeks and have lost 12.8 pounds. This is the first diet I have been on that I have not cheated and it feels great. I feel better than I have in years. Jan Bass

I would really love it if they would have a display computer to show me their website and resources they have available. They gave me a flier on it, but it is sitting on my counter and I have not touched it. If I already had a look in their shop, I would probably visit their website more!
This has been such a good experience for me. The staff has been great and have helped make this easy for me with their knowledge and support! Just like they said, follow the program and the weights will just come off! This program is a life changer for me.
The ladies in the Southlake location are superb! Always greet me with a smile and try to help me with problems or cravings that I have.
