The SOTA program has literally changed my life. I reached my goal of losing 40 pounds and did it in 10 weeks. I am 61, but my metabolic age was 62 when I started. My metabolic age is now 46, and I feel 20 years younger. I was on medication for a number of health issues, and I was prediabetic. All that is gone now. The SOTA program enabled me to lose the weight, and it educated and prepared me to keep it off for life. The program was not easy for me, but I was committed to change my life, and did. Thanks SOTA.
